Within this role you will organise and undertake medicals and health surveillance, through this you will have an understanding of the risks of hazardous exposure, will be involved in risk assessments and must have the ability to treat appropriately. Due to the nature of the role you must know and understand current standards and codes of practice of governing professional bodies in order to maintain and implement occupational health policies and procedures. You will monitor and advise in respect of sickness absence, and champion health promotion activities.
